Communication with parents is a vital function. During the academic year, three student Report reports (one at the end of each term) will be sent home. However, an occasional report may be sent home either on the parents’ request or the teacher’s initiative. The parents are encouraged to contact teachers and make appointments to discuss the progress of their children (during the year).
The student Report cards will clearly identify the reporting period and the student’s progress. A separate Report Card for Arabic Language, Quran and Islamic Studies is sent home along with Ontario Report Card.
