Fieldtrips/excursions are an integral part of your child’s education. The curriculum comes to life when children can visit something related to their program. Students must remember at all times that they are representing the school and are responsible for their own conduct. All school rules apply.

Teachers will outline procedures for these trips and will inform you as trips and excursions arise during the year. An additional form for trips requesting parent’s permission will be given to the parents for signature. Staff members and parent volunteers will supervise every trip and excursion. In order to involve your child in these trips and excursions, we require your signature on a special form.

The Islamic School of Cambridge would like the parent(s)/guardian(s) to sign an agreement form stating that the Islamic School of Cambridge, Islamic Centre of Cambridge, while doing their utmost in implementing and adhering to all safety measures, are not liable in the event of any personal injury or accident caused to a student(s) while at school at any time on a school day (including 7:55 a.m. or after 3:45 p.m.), during the transportation of students in the Bus, on a school trip, or during any excursion.
